Happy Halloween everybody! I hope you're all having a fun time celebrating. I'm trying something new for this year's Halloween blog post. Imagine 20 doors, each one leading to a spooky treat for you. All you have to do is click on each door, and your treat will be revealed!
One more treat for you, a little trick-or-treat candy, from my house to yours:

Have a wonderful time celebrating, whatever you decide to do!
Cool set of gifs, dear Lady Justine....
ReplyDeleteA very Happy Halloween....
Maybe a song or two from the Doors to go along with the post....???
Dr. Theda ~ Thank you! Haha! Yeah, a song or two from "The Doors" :) I didn't get that at first! A very Happy Halloween to you too! :)
ReplyDeleteJustine - Happy Halloween!!! 🍁🎃🍂 Thanks for all these great videos, they definitely put you in the mood! I'm going to have to watch Perry Mason, that looks good!
ReplyDeleteMatt ~ Happy Halloween to you too! :) The adorable little leaves and pumpkin pics aren't showing up here, but don't worry - I saw them in my email when your comment was sent to me. Yeah, there are all kinds of spooky things to put you in the Halloween spirit here. I saw that Perry Mason episode on TV a few days ago and was so happy to find it online so I could share it with all of you! You won't believe the ending!
DeleteVery cool idea, Justine! I was only able to get one loaded though before I gave up ... satellite internet is pretty sloooooooow and I have zero patience. ;)
ReplyDeleteHope you got lots of trick or treaters last nite!
Insomniac's Attic ~ Thank you! :) Really? Only one door showed up or you were only able to "open" one? Hmm... That's a shame. Well, maybe you could just open my blog post and wander off for the day and when you return everything will be available. Computers are mysterious that way. I find sometimes if I leave the room for a while and then return a few minutes later things are magically OK again.
DeleteOh, We did have lots of trick-or-treaters! A surprising amount, given the cold and wet weather. I can't remember the last time so many came by and there were some real characters out there.
A Happy (belated) Halloween to you! :)
The one that haunts most is the door opened by none and honestly it builts scary goosebumps on me. Though I loved all your attic ideas "behind the door one", I would still prefer to stay away.

Johny ~ Oh, that door is from Nosferatu! Here, check out this moment from the movie:

A little vampire magic. :) So, now you'll understand why I chose what should go behind that door.
You'd prefer to stay away, hey? I might stay away from a few of these doors if they were real!
Happy Halloween to you too!
What a great idea for a Halloween surprise Justine. It was a very quiet Halloween here and now that the candy has been eaten and pumpkins are out in the backyard going moody, I shall close the doors over on Fiendish Fancies until next September.
ReplyDeleteAli ~ Thank you! :) Did you get a chance to see what was behind all these doors? Sounds like Halloween time is done for you - a very poetic way to put that! I'm trying to stretch Halloween as long as I can. Maybe till Christmas? ;)
DeleteOh my gosh what a great idea! You always come up with great things! Happy Halloween and keep that cold weather up north thanks.
ReplyDeleteBob ~ Thank you so much! :) Did you get a chance to check out all the doors? I had so much fun putting this post together. A Happy Halloween to you too! I see that you wrote this comment this morning so we wouldn't have chatted on Twitter yet. So you wouldn't have known that we had 83 degree weather today. :) I'm happy to say that we have no cold weather to keep to ourselves! Not for about a week anyway...
